Race Track

I took the kids to PIR, Portland International Raceway. One of my friends from work was racing his car there so we went to watch the action happen. They were also having the British Field Meet. There were a ton of Jaguar's, Landrovers, Crazy original mini's, along with some of the coolest little open wheel race cars. Oh to be a millionare and have the money to race. I guess I better spend my few bucks somewhere else.

Pattern maker

I came home from work the other day and went to set the table for dinner. When I opened the drawer I found the silverware all neatly arranged. Come to find out Jaida was making patterns. It's fun to watch your kids grow up and learn.

Camping with the girls

We went to the daddy daughter campout. The girls and I had fun roasting marshmellows and sleeping in the big tent. It rained on us during the night and Jaida decided to drink a lot of juice and had to make a 2 AM latrine run.. After a rousing pancake breakfast we went to the river and played..

We went to our ward party but it got rained out. So we went to the Tillamook cheese factory and then to the Cape Mears lighthouse. It was really foggy so Meg got some really cool shots with her camera.

On the road

We drove back home yesterday. It took us just under 12 hours to get here. Part of the in drive entertainment for the girls was Logan. He loved to play kick the ball. It was great to see the Columbia river and sleep in my own bed. Thanks for the fun Utah time everyone!
