Dinner at Quince

For dinner tonight we hopped on our tour bus and went to Quince. There we were given cooking instruction to cook our own 3 course meal.
Seared ahi tuna salad with fresh greens harvested from the garden. Then we had a steak with the worlds greatest french fries. It was quite enjoyable to cook our own food. To top it off we were able to have a chocolate souffle that was amazing. I have great stories to tell about the appropriate melting temp for chocolate. :)

You can make us chocolate souffle anytime you come down! Or maybe we'll just have to come and visit for a tasty dinner. :)
